Looking Great, starting a New Cruising Season, 2016-2017

The Seven Seas was in dry dock for annual maintenance and upgrading during most of June and July, making sure that we would start the new season again in better shape than we had ever been before! New finishing in all the cabins, a new fiber cover over the deck, a brand new mast, engine overhauls, service of all compressors and dive equipment, and of course a paint job for... everything! All the cabins got a new finishing and refreshing bright look with white wash on the walls and on the now completely exposed original iron wood planks on the inside of the hull. Ceiling beams got a new mat finish to go with the new look and after all that, what do you think of that new look in the cabins??
Whitewash also for the walls in the upper deck cabins and we had our own private trip already to test these out in July. Great with all the windows open looking out over the islands while the breeze is coming through! Next year we may do a whitewash finishing also for the inside of the wheelhouse, where we mostly focused on upgrading all the equipment this year. Whitewash already applied in the dining room, which looked awesome this way in the low light of early mornings and evenings.
The Front deck was completely redone to take care of some leaks, with a new fiberglass layer over the deck planks and a nice soft anti slip matting over the top. Staircase re-built, and a brand new mast in front of the wheel house. Complete overhauls for the engines, water makers and compressors serviced, and the whole engine room given a work-over to come out of dry dock better organized than it has ever been before.
A major upgrade of the galley not only included the hard ware but also a great new F&B team including our new chef Totok with assistant chef Lulu, ready to surprise you (as they did us already) with their fantastic new menu for lunches and dinners. Our new waitress Chris will be providing even better service than you were used to before, just sit down, relax in the lounging areas in front or aft, and order your sunset cocktails with her! Chris is also ready for your massages this year, and will be working with little John to attend to your cabins as well as all your special F&B wishes.
Come check it out soon, everyone's happy with the boat and more than ready to welcome you (back) on board. The new season has already started, second cruise in Komodo just came to an end, but still several options open each month to join us to any of our destinations even still this year!
Looking forward to cruise and dive with you very soon!
